Mr. Zizian, a professional marketing consultant, who had just completed the development of a very successful fundraising marketing plan for the utility industry, knows as Kilowatts For Kids, was approached by a fellow school booster club parent/coach, who asked Mr. Zizian to consider developing one of the first, if not the first, recycling fundraising program for inkjet and laser cartridges to support school fundraising and the cartridge remanufacturing industry which was in its mere infancy at that time.
